After placing your vehicle transport order, an ACERTUS representative will work with you to schedule pickup and delivery. At pickup, our driver will place your car onto a car hauler and transport your vehicle to the delivery location. At pickup, your vehicle condition will be noted, in detail, on a document called the Bill of Lading. This same document will be presented at the time of delivery. Any damages must be noted and signed for at this time. Any damage claims not reported to ACERTUS within 48 hours of delivery will not be covered by insurance.
ACERTUS can only ship cars, trucks and SUV’s. Unfortunately, we do not ship motorcycles, ATV’s, and boats.
Yes, an ACERTUS driver will call the phone number you provided ahead of pickup to set a specific meeting time.
ACERTUS car haulers typically travel 400-500 miles per day. Because of circumstances beyond our control, such as weather, traffic, and construction, we can only provide estimates for pickup and delivery times when shipping a car.
No, the dates we provide are estimates due to potential circumstances out of our control. Weather, traffic, construction, and truck breakdowns are all factors that could cause a delay in pickup and delivery of your vehicle. Once a driver is assigned to your shipment, we will be able to provide a better delivery time frame. The driver will call the phone number you provide to set a specific time to meet for delivery.
You, or someone (18 years or older) that you’ve chosen to represent you, must be present to inspect the vehicle upon delivery. A document called the Bill of Lading will need to be reviewed and signed by you, or your representative, and the driver to ensure the condition of the vehicle is noted in detail before and after transport.
We do offer enclosed shipping for vehicles. You will be able to tell us which type of vehicle shipping you like in these forms. Afterwards, a representative will call you to confirm all details (including this), and adjust any pricing or timing as needed.
